macOS:
- Open a Finder window. 
- Go to View → Show View Options (or press Command + J). 
 
- Uncheck the box: - ❌ Show icon preview 
- To apply this setting to all folders of the same type, click Use as Defaults. 
ℹ️ For each folder type (icon/list/column/gallery view), you can set separate defaults.
Windows:
- Open File Explorer 
- Click the three dots shown in the picture below 
- Select Options 
- In the new window, go to the View tab. Under Advanced settings, find and check: 
 
 ✅ Always show icons, never thumbnails
 
- Click Apply, then OK. 
⚠️ This disables thumbnail previews for all files and folders, including those outside of the Suite drive.
