Suite is built to enable your entire team to utilize a remote post-production workflow. There is no cost to add team members - invite away! The number of team members may exceed the number of workstations in your account.
π‘ Think of your Suite account in a similar way to a physical post-production facility. You may have more editors on your roster than physical edit stations. You don't necessarily need a workstation for every team member.
How do I add a team member?
To add a team member:
log into the dashboard as a user with administrative privileges
click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the dashboard and go to Manage Team
at the bottom of the list of current team members, click Create a new Team Member
enter the team member's name and email address (this is where their temporary password will be sent)
if desired, elect to give the team member administrative privileges; admin privileges allows the team member to manage team members, purchase credits, rename workstations, etc.
if the new team member is not an admin, you may select whether the team member will have access to all workstations or just specific workstations
click "Submit"
β οΈ You don't need to share your login information with your team or have your team share a single login. Since there are no costs for additional team members, each team member can have their own login for tracking, permission, and troubleshooting purposes.
What happens when I invite a team member?
Your team member will receive an email from [email protected] with a temporary password. When they log in for the first time, they'll be prompted to reset the password.
The team member will then need to install DCV before being able to connect to a workstation.
How do I remove a team member or edit permissions?
To edit a team member's permissions:
click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the dashboard and go to Manage Team
click on the team member in the list of current team members
if changing permissions, make the necessary changes
If you need to remove the team member, select "Delete Account."
