When you subscribe to Suite, you'll have the option to choose from different plans that cater to different storage requirements (Pricing page).
Users
Each account includes 5 users at no cost. Additional users can be added at $10 per user, per month.
Adjust the Amount of Storage You Need
Our subscription model starts you off with a minimum of 1 terabyte (TB) and you have the flexibility to adjust your storage in 1 TB increments.
How do I increase or decrease my storage?
Our platform monitors your active storage. If you surpass your storage threshold, our system will automatically adjust your subscription and you’ll receive an email notifying you of the change.
If you need to reduce your storage, simply message us via the in-app live chat or email [email protected] and our support team will adjust your subscription to your current storage level.
💡 If your storage capacity increases or decreases, your next bill will reflect the pro-rated amount taking into account any modifications made during that billing period.
Example: If you add an extra terabyte mid-way through your monthly billing cycle, your next invoice will reflect the charge for the 15 days from the month prior.
