Users
Each account includes 5 users at no cost. Additional users can be added at $10 per user, per month.
Adjust the Amount of Storage You Need
Our subscription model starts you off with a minimum of 1 terabyte (TB), and you have the flexibility to adjust your storage in 1 TB increments.
How do I increase or decrease my storage?
Our platform monitors your active storage. If you surpass your current threshold, Suite will automatically upgrade your subscription to match increased usage. Youβll receive an email notification that this increase occurred, and you will see this change reflected on your Storage Snapshot.
If you need to reduce your storage, shoot us a message via the in-app chat or email [email protected], and our team will adjust your subscription to your current storage level.
π‘ If your storage capacity increases or decreases, your next bill will reflect the pro-rated amount, taking into account any modifications made during that billing period.
Example: If you add an extra terabyte mid-way through your monthly billing cycle, your next invoice will reflect the charge for the 15 days from the month prior.
How Billing and Prorations Work
Your invoice always covers the next billing period.
For example, a July 1 invoice covers Suite usage for July 1 β July 31
Any mid-cycle changes to your plan, like storage or users, will be prorated and reflected on your next invoice based on the time spent at each level.
Example 1:
You are invoiced for 1 TB on July 1st for Suite usage July 1 - July 31
You add 1 TB on July 15 β Your August invoice shows:
2 TB for August
Plus 15 days of the additional 1 TB you added on July 15 that you were not billed for in July.
Example 2:
You are invoiced for 5 TB on July 1st for Suite usage July 1 - July 31
You reduce your storage on July 15 from 5 TB to 4 TB, and you notify Suite Support that you want your subscription adjusted accordingly β Your August invoice shows:
4 TB for August
Minus 15 days of the 1 TB reduction from July 15
Want to see the breakdown visually? Go to Manage Billing> Invoice History to view past invoices.
Your invoice will clearly show:
The base charge for your upcoming billing period
Any prorated charges or credits from changes made during the previous billing cycle
