Internet connectivity
Minimum bandwidth: 10Mbps - the more the better!
Always required, but Suite Storage can handle approximately 2-3 minutes of lost connection before uploads will fail
Random-access memory (RAM)
Minimum of 2GB - the more the better!
Upload Time
The maximum supported upload time for a single file is 7 days. There is no limit for the upload time across multiple files
File Size
The maximum supported file size is 8.5PB - this may increase in the future
Disk cache usage
The disk cache defaults to using 250 GB of space on your system volume
(C:drive for Windows,MacintoshHDfor MacOS)Regardless of where it is set, the disk cache will only use 90% of available space on the destination volume
