⚠️ If you are unsure if you are on an Intel or M1/M2 Mac, click the Apple icon
on the top left of your home screen, select “About this Mac” and reference the "Chip" information.
If you're on an M1/M2/M3 Mac follow this guide instead.
💡Your computer may prompt you for your password between steps, please enter it whenever you are prompted.
Step 1
If you haven't already, download and install Suite from the downloads page.
Step 2
Once installed, you should see the below screen once Suite Storage is launched:
You'll be prompted to open System Preferences.
If not prompted, open System Preferences and go to "Security & Privacy" > "General"
Step 3
⚠️ IMPORTANT - PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO EACH STEP ⚠️
Complete the installation process by allowing the MacFuse extension in the “Security & Privacy” section of System Preferences (it will be listed under the developer name Benjamin Fleischer).
3.1 Click "Allow"
Depending on your OS version it may look like either of the images below.

3.2 Click "Not Now"
You may experience a delay after clicking "Not Now" - this is normal.
After Clicking "Not Now", the below image should appear - Click "Restart"

Repeat the previous steps starting at 3.1 (this may take several attempts).
Step 4
Once your Mac has restarted, open Suite, log in and you should now see your Suite drive successfully connect:
