Canceling your subscription
If you are on a month-to-month subscription, your Suite Storage account can be canceled at any time. To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions below.
⚠️ Before canceling, please ensure all important files and data have been removed and securely stored outside of Suite Storage to prevent any potential loss.
Step 1: Click the dropdown box under "My Account" and select "Manage Billing".
Step 2: A browser tab will open with your billing information.
Click "Cancel plan" and reconfirm.
Step 3: We appreciate any feedback you are willing to share! Once you have selected a cancelation reason, click "Submit".
Once the cancellation has been submitted, your subscription will be scheduled to terminate at the end of your current invoice period meaning it will no longer renew, and you will no longer be billed beyond that point.
