Implications of Clearing Your Cache
Suite's "On-Demand" caching system is an optimization layer that identifies which information is frequently used and has a high likelihood of being accessed again.
This optimization assists in reducing reliance on network speeds and providing users with a lag-free experience when accessing media.
⚠️ Clearing your cache removes this optimization which can slow down how quickly you retrieve data.
How to clear your cache
Step 1: Navigate to "Cache Settings" within the Suite application
Step 2: Clear the cache by reducing its size: click "Adjust Size" > enter 10 gigabytes (the minimum amount) > click "Update Size"
💡 Reducing your cache size instructs Suite to clear data in the cache from the oldest to the newest until it's reduced to 10 gigabytes (GB).
Step 3: Increase your cache size back to the desired amount of space
