External Transfer Links

Generate and manage External Transfer Links for secure file transfer to and from non-Suite team members.

Updated over a month ago

The "External Transfer" feature enables team members to create shareable links for non-Suite team members.

These links allow non-Suite team members to upload or download files to and from a specific location in the Suite Drive via the Suite Connect App.

πŸ’‘ Non-admin team members will require "Suite Connect Permissions" enabled within Team Settings and will only be able to see the links they create.

⚠️ This feature is in BETA - please ensure you are on the newest version of Suite (Transfer Links are currently not available for bring your own teams using cloud service providers other than Cloudflare).
