How do I reset or change my password?

Steps to reset or change your password, including troubleshooting tips.

⚠️ If you have never logged in to Suite and your temporary password isn't working, ask your team Admin to delete you and re-add you as a team member and you will be issued with a new temporary password.

On the Login page, click “Forgot password?” (If you would like to change your password, first, log out of Suite Storage).

Enter your email address and click “Send Reset Code”

Check your inbox for an email from [email protected] with the subject line "Suite Studios: Forgot Password" and copy the password reset code.

Enter the reset code and type in your new password following the below specifications:

  • Must be at least 8 characters

  • Must contain at least 1 special character

  • Must contain at least 1 number

  • Must contain at least 1 uppercase letter

Click “Reset Password”

Now, you can log in with your email and new password.
