Not sure which Mac you're using?
Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner of your screen, select About This Mac, and look for the Chip or Processor listed there.
If you're using an Apple silicon (M Chip) Mac, follow this guide instead.
✅ Your computer may prompt you for your password between steps. Please enter it whenever you are prompted.
Step 1: Download and install:
macFUSE for:
macOS 15 (Sequoia) and older - macFUSE 4.8.0
macOS 26 (Tahoe) and newer - macFUSE 5.0.7
Step 2: Once you install macFUSE, macOS should prompt you to open System Settings (or System Preferences, in older versions of macOS).
If macOS doesn't prompt you, launch System Settings and navigate to Privacy & Security > General.
Step 3:
⚠️ IMPORTANT - PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO EACH STEP ⚠️
Complete the installation process by allowing the macFUSE extension in the Privacy & Security section of System Settings. (You'll find macFUSE listed under its developer's name, Benjamin Fleischer.)
3.1 Click "Allow"
Depending on which version of macOS you're using, the Allow button may appear as pictured in either of the screenshots below.

3.2 Click "Not Now"
You may experience a delay after clicking Not Now. This is normal.
After clicking Not Now, what you see below should appear. Click Restart.

Repeat the previous steps starting at 3.1. (This may take several attempts.)
Step 4: Once your Mac has restarted:
1. Launch Suite and log in.
2. Run the following command in Terminal:
suite config set -k FUSELESS -v false
3. Quit-then-relaunch Suite and click Mount Drive.
Suite will now mount via macFUSE.
