If your Suite drive, which should appear as an external drive on your Mac, is no longer visible in Finder, please follow these steps to resolve.

Step 1: Open Finder

Step 2: Click Finder in the top menu bar, then select Settings

Step 3: Go to the Sidebar tab and check the box next to External disks - If it shows a straight line, click until a full checkmark appears

Still not seeing Suite in Finder?

Step 1: In Finder, use the shortcut Command (⌘)+Shift+G

Step 2: Type "/Volumes" then hit Enter

Step 3: In the Volumes folder, locate the Suite Drive. Then drag the Suite app back to the "Locations" section of Finder
