I'm unable to add a team member

We recommend you update to our latest version. If you are on a version lower than 53.136.0 follow the steps below

An error message when adding a team member to Suite can sometimes occur - here are common reasons for this issue:

  • The user's email has already been added to your team.

  • The user's email is affiliated with another Suite team.

To resolve this error, consider the following options:

Option 1: Append a "+" followed by an alias to the email address.

Example: If the email "[email protected]" is already associated with another team, you can add "jay+team@suitestudios.io" to your team.

Option 2: Request the user to have their email removed from the other team.
​

This ensures smooth integration of team members without conflicting email addresses across different Suite teams.
