Suite Connect is an application for non-Suite team members to upload or download files to or from a specific location within a Suite Drive.

Step 1: Paste the upload link you received in your browser - if you haven't already, you will be prompted to download the Suite Connect App.
Once installed, click "Open Connect" or launch the application.
Step 2: Enter the "Link URL" and "Link Password" you were provided (if redirected from your browser, the link will auto-populate).
Step 3: Click the "+Upload" button and select the file or folder you wish to upload.
π‘ Folders retain their structure once they have been uploaded.
Step 4: You can monitor the progress of your upload and will see "100" under "Status" once it completes.

β οΈ If an error has occurred, this will be reflected on the file and in the bottom left-hand corner.

Step 1: Paste the link you received in your browser - if you haven't already, you will be prompted to download the Suite Connect App.
Once installed, click "Open Connect" or launch the application.
Step 2: Enter the "Link URL" and "Link Password" you were provided (if redirected from your browser, the link will auto-populate).
Step 3: Click the "Download" button and select a destination on your local drive

Step 4: You can monitor the progress of your download and will see "100" under "Status" once it completes.
