Suite Connect is an application for non-Suite team members to upload or download files to or from a specific location within a Suite Drive.

Uploading via the Suite Connect App

Step 1. Paste the link you received in your browser - if you haven't already, you will be prompted to download the Suite Connect App.
Once installed, click "Open Connect" or launch the application.
Step 2. Enter the "Link URL" and "Link Password" you were provided (if redirected from your browser, the link will auto-populate).
Step 3. Click the "+Upload" button and select the file or folder you wish to upload.
💡 Folders retain their structure once they have been uploaded.
Step 4. You can monitor the progress of your upload and will see "100" under "Status" once it completes.
⚠️ If an error has occurred, this will be reflected on the file and in the bottom left-hand corner.

Step 3. Click the "Download" button and select a destination on your local drive
Step 4. You can monitor the progress of your download and will see "100" under "Status" once it completes.
