If your Suite drive, which should appear as an external drive on your PC, is no longer visible in File Explorer, you can locate it in just a few simple steps.
Step 1: Open File Explorer
You can do this by clicking the File Explorer icon on your taskbar (or pressing the Windows key + E on your keyboard).
Step 2: Click into 'This PC'
In File Explorer, double-click on This PC (formerly My Computer). This will display all the drives connected to your computer.
Step 3: Locate the Suite Drive
💡If you'd like it to appear in the Quick Access menu for easy access in the future, right-click the Suite Drive and select "Pin to Quick Access."
