I can't find the Suite Drive in File Explorer

Easily locate the Suite drive in File Explorer if it disappears (Windows).

Updated over a month ago

If you're using a Windows computer and can no longer see the Suite drive (which appears as an external drive) in File Explorer, follow these simple steps to locate it again.

Step 1: Open File Explorer

You can do this by clicking the File Explorer icon on your taskbar (or pressing the Windows key + E on your keyboard).

Step 2: Click into "This PC"

In File Explorer, double-click on This PC (formerly My Computer). This will display all the drives connected to your computer.

Step 3: Locate the Suite Drive

Step 6: Force quit and relaunch Suite

💡 If you'd like it to appear in the Quick Access menu for easy access in the future, right-click the Suite Drive and select "Pin to Quick Access."
