Suite relies on your internet connection to upload your data. If things feel slower than expected, double check these items

Uploading Media and Experiencing Slowness?

1. Is the upload active or stuck?

Check your network activity to confirm that Suite is sending data.

Mac: Open Activity Monitor > Network tab. You’ll see current send/receive speeds on the bottom right-hand side of that window.

Windows: Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager. Click the Performance tab, then select Wi-Fi or Ethernet on the left. You’ll see current send/receive speeds.

Compare the speed of the upload with the upload speed of your internet plan.

2. Is Your Network Set Up For Success?

Wi-Fi works, but performance can vary—especially on crowded or unstable networks. For best results, connect via Ethernet.

3. How large is the upload?

Larger files naturally take longer to upload due to their size. You can use this upload time calculator to estimate how long your transfer should take based on your file size and upload speed.
